What does warehouse cleaning involve?
Warehouse cleaning consists of cleaning the toilets, break rooms, lights, equipment, office spaces, receiving and loading areas and all high-traffic areas. This may include sweeping, hoovering, emptying bins, wiping surfaces, washing up, sanitising desks and toilets, and more.
Do you provide cleaning solutions and equipment?
We provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We have a range of solutions including eco-friendly options. We can also supply equipment and washroom consumables in your warehouse cleaning contract.
What does your insurance cover?
Our £10 million insurance covers damage to your property caused by the cleaner, items stolen by the cleaner, key and lock replacement and personal injury to the cleaner.
Do your cleaners work at night?
No, our cleaners will only work from 6am until 10pm
What is the minimum contract cleaning length?
Our standard commercial cleaning services agreement is for a minimum of 1 year. We are sometimes able to accommodate rolling contracts.
How do you vet your cleaners?
We invite each cleaner to our office for an in-person interview and check their documents to confirm their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and previous references. We provide training via a series of training videos we have created for our cleaners.
What is the notice period?
Our notice period for commercial services such as warehouse cleaning is 2 months.
Can we amend the hours of our warehouse cleaning contract?
If you would like to increase or decrease the hours of your contract, you must speak to our team to see if the change is possible and we will also have to amend the quote for the change in hours.
How often should a warehouse be cleaned?
A warehouse that sees a lot of traffic should be cleaned once a day, with a deep clean happening once a month. For lower-traffic spaces, a deep clean should occur every three months, but regular cleaning sessions should still be put in place to maintain a good level of hygiene and safety.
What if I don’t like a cleaning operative?
We will replace a cleaner according to your wants and requirements
